Please note that there is no way of getting a refund for damaged/lost orders unless you use a trackable carrier option! We flatter ourselves with being very careful and trustworthy, so it’s all about how much faith you have in the Postal Service. We highly recommend using DHL Express if you order a lot of items, or live in USA or Australia.
We always try our best to process your order as swiftly as possible, and usually ship once or twice per week. Still, there are a number of factors that might delay the processing of your order. The band might be on tour or recording an album, making it impossible to autograph the items, or items might be missing, or the post services might be slow. Either way, we always update the status of your order so you can see what’s happening, and we hope that you contact us if you have any concerns – and please allow for an extra week or two before you start to worry.
A lot of the items here are signed by Daniel Gildenlöw after purchase, which means two things: delivery will be a bit longer due to the extra handling, and shrink-wrap will of course be removed on your items. Don’t worry, they are still brand new and unused!
